Where is the option for triple cooked home made chips?
It'll be four times soon, a bit like quadruple blades in razors, no need.Eh isn't it two times. The first time you fry them, but you don't colour them. You sort of poach the pieces of the potato. Then you remove the fries from the deep fryer, to cool them down (+- 30 minutes). When they've cooled down you fry them again (higher temp ofc); until they are goldenbrown and crispy.
A third time doesn't make sense to me.
