Chinese Restaurants in Liverpool

Hi Blues,

I'm looking for a Chinese Restaurant in Liverpool city centre, been told to stay away from places like Red Hot Buffet, Buffet Star, TSOS and May Sum - preferably a proper restaurant rather than a self service buffet place..

Any recommendations?
