@BNJ1878 mate if you like chilli oil get this straight in your Larder....my missus will do little tea spoon of this mixed in with abit of soy and a dash of honey, perfect for dipping Sui Mei and dumplings and all that good stuff.

Rustle up my own, decant into smaller jars for ease of use. This will last me about a year (but I'll grab a jar if that you shared when I'm next home)
