I know this has probably been posted before but isn't it stupid that the club run out of children's third kits and keeper kits at the half way point of the season. Just complained to the club as my 5 year old got vouchers for Christmas and all he could spend them on was souvenir tat. I'm awaiting a full response from the club but they have sent out a goody bag as a gesture of good will, so I'll wait with bated breath to see what delights are in store with that. Rant over!

Forgot to add their customer service is rubbish as well. Didn't respond to the initial email from 29th December so had to chase them up today.

Incredible that we have agreed an outsourced kit distribution deal that does not require Kitbag to hold stock of all kits in all sizes throughout the season

I think because we are half way through the season, and kits only last one year now, I would expect some of the kits to sell out by the end of January / beginning of Feb. With the rest being flogged at 40% off or 50% off in March / April and by May, they will be selling any kits for 60% off.

I know its hard for kids to understand, but it would probably be worse for the club if they were left with loads of kit at the end of the year.

Probably what you'll get in the goody bag as well mate.

No mate, the club do not carry any stock at all. It is Kitbag that carries the stock. It would have no impact on the club.

Exactly. Surely one of the very few positives to the club outsourcing all of their potential revenue streams is that clients like Kitbag should be obligated to take the potential hit of being left with unsold stock?!

I've worked in retail for years and it's always a fine line between having too much stock (then having to sell at a discount) and having not enough stock for paying customers. Everton/kitbag have missed this fine line by a mile.
