Player Valuation: £100k
In the National League my other team put 8 past Aldershot.
Aldershot are not struggling at the bottom but are mid-table. The finished the game with 11 players still on the pitch. They also scored two.
James Alabi, who joined Chester at the end of January on a free from Ipswich, scored four, while Sam Hughes and and Ross Hannah got two each.
Sadly only 1,425 saw this tonking. I wouldn't want to have been an Aldershot fan having to travel back to Hampshire.
I realise that this will be met with more or less universal indifference, but it's nice to shout about something when your two teams are both struggling.:celebrate:

My Dads an Aldershot season ticket holder he is gutted

Didn't Ian Rush play for them?

Hope they go out of existence. Quasi Welsh bastids.

Rush not only played for Chester but also had an unimpressive period as manager, about 10 years or so ago.

As regards your wish that they go out of business, that has already been granted. The current set-up, now in its 6th season, is as a fan-owned club. The went out of business under the chairmanship of Stephen Vaughan - they were thrown out of what was then known as the Football Conference in March 2010. The players hadn't been paid so they didn't turn up for a fixture at Forest Green Rovers. This a load of other problems led to the club being wound up.
