Turned out okay after a dreadful start 2 winners from 6. Mainly thanks to McCoy on Witchita Lineman tbh. How impressive was Quevega!!! Find myself £10 down

I am pleased you did'nt lose too much. I only had a sissy's bet of a £1 placepot so i was routing for Cousin Vinny in the opening race but was impressed with Go Native. Was going to do I'msingingtheblues simply for the name but chose the unplaced Golden Silver. Got two 3rds with Binocular and Drombeag and had one non runner in Star De Mohaison on a good days racing.

I dont get tote much either. All i know is that you dont get as much in your winnings as you would do in a normal bookmakers. I had a £5 win on the last race at Chester last May and got my first winner with Allied Powers @ 4/1 but recieved £22.50 which obviously included my stake money that they deducted £2.50 from for whatever reason.
