Chelsea Sham charges

I would have some sympathy with Chelsea's new owners if they had run the club responsibly since they took over. However, they have bent the rules and found every means possible to try and gain an advantage by nefarious means rather than just trying to get in a good manager and live within their means. Therefore they should get a massive points deduction in my opinion.

If even possible these new Chelsea owners have bent, stretched the rules even more, nine year contracts, selling Hotels to themselves etc. But I have no doubt at all the likes of Chelsea, Man City etc will never be given a single point deduction, that is as long as the current premier league ruling body remain in place.

This will be a load of bs. They’ll go on and on about self reporting and former owners blah blah as mitigating circumstances and get a fine that will sound a lot but in-fact will be nothing to them. I couldn’t give a toss about self reporting etc. we got points deducted for far less and any punishment should be scaled up from that. What happened under Abramovich set that club up to where they are today including this cheating, they were on the verge of going under until he came.

Lets not forget, we told the PL that we were looking likely to breach. We did, after providing them every bit of information we could.

Chelsea have basically said, we've broken rules, just letting you know. Then they've done all they can to find loopholes in regulation and stretch the morality of their business dealings at every point. Their actions have forced the PL to reconsider their actual regulation. I wouldn't mind betting that if Abramovic hadn't done all this first, these current owners would be seeking to do it.

They have had a sporting benefit from their actions, however difficult it is to value, so therefore the only punishment they should get is a sporting sanction in the form of points deduction.

If I bought a stolen car, with no knowledge of it being stolen, the car would be taken from me and returned to the owner, the same as it would have if it remained with the person who stole it. Its not about current ownership, its about rules and regulations.

They need to consider the gravitas of their decision, when considering Chelseas ability to sell things to themselves. Precedent must be maintained, after our case set it.

As heinous as this is, Moshiri bent over and took it. We didn't even put up a fight. I have no doubts they wanted to use us as an example and hate us, but I doubt we would have gotten the same punishment with competent ownership. Their rules are a farce that they can't even enforce. It's pathetic.

Chelsea haven't fought anything though, the media are fighting it for them.

Won't somebody think of the billionaires who keep spending billions every transfer period? They're the real victims here!!!!!!!

"Financial penalty would be better" is hilarious though. This is Chelsea whenever the FA tells them they'll have to pay up a small fine and not do any transfers for 6 months:

Just get points off them every year, like they did to us and others, easy peasy. I'd say 20 per year for every year they've been naughty, and it's fine.

However, nothing will happen, a "hefty one million pound fine", which means nothing to them, will have to be paid, and they'll do it again in a few months anyway.
