It's called Poutine Grouch. It's a French Canadian thing. I had never heard of it until a couple of months ago. The cafe at work does regional themes everyday and they did Quebec one day.

I was sceptical, but it turns out it's quite good. It's not most visually appealing dish, but it tasted really good.

Uncultured American! Poutine is one of those bizarre dishes which looks atrocious but tastes divine
