It's white Stilton, whichever other option you pick, you are wrong, but still, you're entitled to your opinion.

And obviously, it's going to be a UK cheese.

Brie has a quality to it yes, but Red Leicester tastes like plazzie.

And it's called RED Leicester. Two names not high on my list of favourites at the mo.
