I think I've put on weight just looking at some of the pictures on here.

Had a taste of Stinking Bishop in a Deli in Bristol a few tears back. Cracking stuff so bought a bit to bring home. All clothes in my suitcase stunk to high doe by the time I got home. Still worth it! Had to keep it in the garage too as it was ruining the fridge.

This is my must have in the fridge item.

I know a cheesemonger in a town that gets a lot of buses of foreign tourists visiting. They often ask him to recommend cheese for them. He invariably recommends Stinking Bishop to them, knowing they've then got to spend hours on a bus.

He's a bit of a c*** to be honest. I fell out with him not long before I left my last job because of the way he spoke to my office staff.

I must admit to being a bit of a cheeseoholic. I'm less fussed on the soft, creamy variety, but everything else is fine with me.

For me Gorgonzola is absolutely the best cheese.

Cornish Brie and Cambozola if you had a cheese gun to my head.

Oh and Roquefort with a nice chutney
