Here's one for you all

What would it be like if you ordered cheese on toast at the fat duck? How do you think it would be prepared and served?

My money would be on

1. Vapourising a wheel of strong cheddar
2. Smoking a slice of bread in the vapour
3. Add a dollop of worcestershire sauce gel on the side

Any other ideas?
