Only got two big chunks of Kärntner Rahmlaib and Apzirler as I only visited the grocery store. Need to get proper cheesed up tomorrow.

Please report how this advances.

We got ourselves some mature Cheddar, a lovely ripe Stilton, a nice crumbly Lancashire and a sizable portion of French Comte:

My girl got herself some goats cheese, too. Not keen on that, myself.

Nice one mate. Goat's cheese is something I'm on the fence a bit. That said, with some nice flavoured red wine it works for me.

G.O.T. Cheese.

Blue cheese, Goats Cheese, a little taste of Feta,

Edam, Cheddar, doesn’t get much better.

Caramelised potato and feta tart,

Put it on the table I’ll tear it apart.

But here on GOT the thing we like most,

Is honest decent cheese on toast.

Again as per the jam thread the store bought mass produced stuff is not as good as the local made stuff you buy out in the sticks.

The best cheese I ever tasted was a wenslydale bought in the depths of Yorkshire.

A decent red cheese is is boss for macaroni cheese

For any Auckland / north Island readers there used to be a monster cheese shop in Mercer about and hour south of Auckland
