Nice one mate. Goat's cheese is something I'm on the fence a bit. That said, with some nice flavoured red wine it works for me.

I like trying out different cheeses - love the stuff - but white Cheshire is still my favourite. Very pricey, though, here in Oz.

Again as per the jam thread the store bought mass produced stuff is not as good as the local made stuff you buy out in the sticks.

The best cheese I ever tasted was a wenslydale bought in the depths of Yorkshire.
