The comment 's in the Copa America thread in regard to Maradonna got me thinking, does anyone think that the people of Cameroon go on about Gary Lineaker cheating them in the World Cup Quarter Final as much as the English go on about Maradonna's hand ball. I think they probably do.

I'd wager that the Cameroonians don't obsess over it and see it as part of the game.

The English media can be a bit precious about cheating which was invented by Johnny foreigner but Owen,Joe Cole,Lineker etc al would never demean themselves to do something so dastardly as do anything to win.

Im nea about Maradonas handball, I was as a young un, but the older me can appreciate the other goal he scored against us, which is more than worthy.

I think you will find that you are wrong, I'm not from the Republic myself so they may well go on about that hand ball, but I think you will find Maradonna's handball is cried about more than Henry's.

Speaking as an Englishman, its only the meeja that care about Maradonas handball.

Im gonna watch England vs Cameroon, cos I honestly dont recall in what way Lineker cheated, brb.
