My best mate works with Austin's ex mrs husband. They have a child together so has to be notified if he changes clubs etc. Everton have been in contact apparently. I'm no ITK but information I've been told. I'll sit here and wait for a load of abuse so sharing info though and starting a new thread

The only paper linking us with him is the Standard, who have said we will look to Austin when we sell Lukaku to Chelsea. They have been pedalling the story all summer re. Rom to Chelsea.

It's a London paper. Also, why would Saints loan a striker that is currently their first choice option, to a club that has taken their manager and can be considered a direct rival for a European place - plus he cost them £8mil and has just been given the No.10 shirt as well so is clearly considered a 'key' member of the squad.

Also, while it will in no way happening, anyone saying 'no' to Austin probably should re-evaluate and think that our current back up striker is Arouna Kone.
