That's a very original and excellent point you've made there mate.

Whilst I do think that massive egos are bad and they can damage camaraderie and team unity -- things we've often relied on -- Moyes' reluctance to deal with players with any kind of ego can often be a case of cutting off your nose to spite your face. In my opinion, anyway.
