Chaos in Spanish 2nd Division

The start of the new season in second tier of Spanish football (Segunda/Liga Adelante) has been postponed indefinitely. It was due to start the weekend of 23/24th August but this afternoon the LFP, the governing body of professional football in Spain, swallowed its pride.
It's all followed a ruling in the Spanish courts tbat Real Murcia, who had been relegated two weeks ago from Segunda for owing the taxman, should have be promoted back. The reasoning? Their creditors have absolutely no chance of ever receiving a penny if Real Murcia are playing in the 3rd tier. When the court's decision was announced, the LFP initially said there was no way Real Murcia would be reinstated, especially as Mirandes (a team relegated on points at the end of the season) had been given Murcia's place and a new fixture list published.
However, I think it has been poined out to the LFP that they are not above the law of the land, hence the postponement. It's a national holiday in Spain tomorrow (Friday) so not much is likely to be decided until next week. I reckon they'll end up with a 23 team division, with alternating team "taking a break" each week.
Whatever happens, it's a mess largely in keeping with how 2nd tier teams in Spain are run with massive debts that are difficult to pay off given the precarious nature of their television rights distribution model.
They almost make our FA look well-run!

This is what could happen without it.

The Spanish football government has been corrupt for a long time.

Again, the likes of Real Murcia, Xerez, Real Oviedo, Salamanca, Polideportivo Ejído are all treated like criminals, and stripped of their assets in order to maintain themselves, yet Barca, Real and Atletíco are all allowed to do as they please, and combined are near to €1.2bn in debt, yet they nearly refused to let Eibar in to the Primera for not earning enough money, despite being one of the only teams to break even.
