Chanting for Charly.

Blue Neon

Player Valuation: £8m
I feel for the guy. Come a long way and seems left in the cold. Beto and Barry given time and patience. Think theres a player in there and must be given minutes to show us what he's got. Quite a few chants for him at Sunderland. Moyes needs to take note that the fans need to see his true ability. "CHARLY CHARLY ALCARAZ" - "CHARLY ALCARAZ"

…hope Moyes ignores the chants.

I like the lad but a succession of Managers haven’t selected Alcaraz for a reason. Saying that, might be worth changing that midfield around to try and get a better balance, I wonder if Rohl could make a big difference.

Sounds like someone has had enough “Charly” for a Friday night, save some for Saturday.

@chicoazul

I think if he’d managed to turn his break on Monday into the goal it should have been he’d have more chance of starting than fans chanting its name . It wasn’t probably up there with Barry’s shot for missed opportunities.

I like Alcatraz but if he wants to change Moyes mind he need to capitalise on what are unfortunately very limited opportunities.

How many opportunities do Barry and Beto want upfront to cement THEIR position ?

He's only been here under Moyes, and played a decent part of our matches when Moyes took over, linking up very well with Beto?
