change the poll-title text from white to black

hiya,

for some reason the poll-title text is white on very-light-blue, barely readable. can we darken it or lighten the light-blue background to make the white more seeable?

Yeah, admittedly struggling to find out how to do that. When I change it to black, it changes all the other headings to black. Will suss something out
