Best not look in the Ipswich Town thread mate

No, thought I'd give it a miss today Ijjy! I understand that amongst our woeful capitulation was a wonder goal from Cresswell. Good lad, pleased for him and for McCarthy. I like him, was treated shoddily at Wolves.
Oh well, onward and downward!

Cresswell's goal was indeed the absolute tits.

He's an interesting player actually. Not really pushed on from lots of early promise, but the talent is there.

Palace's battle to avoid the play offs, having successfully missed out on automatic promotion continues at Ewood Park tomorrow. Holloway is expected to name a bizarre line up and give confusing and contradictory instructions to the team in an attempt to continue the recent woeful run of form. The fixtures have not been kind to Palace as a number of teams around them must play each other and despite their best efforts to c ock it up, may well yet find themselves just three games away from another season, (just one mind) in the top flight where they can look forward to stupid kick off times, fewer games, higher ticket prices and being continually patronised by every TV pundit on the planet.
meh.
