“Can you question his integrity? I think you are going down a difficult road then and it’s not the right one to go down. It was just a ridiculous decision. I do think he should be punished in some respect. He wasn’t up to the job and it wasn’t a difficult one.
“There should be accountability. That’s the one thing whatever way you look at it. If we were all in that position we wouldn’t have missed it so you have to question what on earth he was looking at? You can’t say it was a conspiracy."
