Celtic don't have a "connection" with the IRA.
To clarify, I meant fans, not the actual club itself.

To clarify, you might want to consider the possibility that Rangers fans have a much closer affinity with loyalist terrorism than your average Celtic fan does with anything on the republicanism side.
For many on the green side of the fence the tension/aggression about the situation in Northern Ireland eased off in the late 90s with a devolved assembly and power sharing.
By the same token, tension and aggression is only increasing on the red, white and blue side as one by ones its British icons are dismantled (flags this year, place names next year etc).
All this will only increase as birthrates, immigration and normality increases.
Rangers all day. Dislike both though.
But be arsed with a club who have a large number of IRA sympathisers.
Are loyalist 'sympathisers' not just as bad?
I've never understood the difference. Is it that one believes Jesus was god itself, and the other believes that jesus was only a man who happened to be the son of god? or am i getting one of them confused with judaism?
Motherwell.
Taught Celtic a footballing lesson today.
