Bacon and cheese butties. Never heard of them till I moved to east lancs and it sounds like the ruination of a lovely plain bacon buttie but it does work.

This is a fantastic idea. I plan to make some Habanero Ripple ice cream later in the year if I get enough fruit off my plants.

do it. You know it makes sense. 1 decent sized chilli (as hot as you like) per litre of ice cream. The combination of the cold ice cream quickly followed by the heat of the pepper is a winner.

I reckon the habanero will work particularly well because of it's lush fruity flavour and decent heat.
