Who would have thought that cheese and cauliflower would go so awesome together?

I mean really, it shoudn't should it?

Can you think of any other food stuff that go together but really shouldn't? Now this isn't a cheese on toast question. That's obvious.

I'm talking .... Cauliflower and Cheese.
