Cash Bonuses per game for a player

I remember an interview with a Wimbledon player in the mid 90's, where he stated that he got a £200 goal bonus.

I think there should be a wage cap, and incentives to players but a win bonus per se is unfair.

I've seen plenty of games where we lost where Leighton Baines was the hardest worker and best player on the pitch. Same could probably be said of Scott Parker for West Ham during their most recent relegation season - he won Football Writer's Award as well I believe.
