I see The owner of Birmingham City has bee jailed six years for money laundering, was wondering how this will effect Birmingham City , and who the hell vets these people in the first place.

I can remember loads of people on Kipper using Yeung as a stick to beat Kenwright with:

"Why has he bought them and not us? He would have been perfect for us" etc., etc., etc.

It begs the question how can the club buy him out? He obviously cannot deal with them but as the majority shareholder he has to. Unless he agrees to give it up for free then where do they stand on it?

Go into administration and then buy the remains, probably.

Would not mean instant relegation as well?

Dire times for the Brummies, so much for the league cup.

It would probably be a ten point deduction, which would put them two points off safety if they did it right now.

Though personally I think that its high time the league and FA took responsibility for letting these people into football in the first place.
