So, are we glad we didn't get this guy. I don't care if he was a revelation for West Ham in the final 10 games. I think this guy and his agent/owner are dirty. They are sticking up two fingers at the Hammers, and his agent is claiming he has permission to talk to Utd.

Here:

BUT,

Egg-head says they own his registration, and he is a WHU player until 2010 and can't leave without their consent!

Just what they [Poor language removed] is going on here, if this plays out as I think it is, it is obvious the WHU don't own his registration, like they claim they do, therefore receive a points deduction and get relegated from the EPL and Sheff Utd re-instated!!!

there is so much [Poor language removed] flying around, not just with WHU & sheff utd but what about the good ship leeds sinking fast?!

utd must be mad to touch tevez or his agent no matter how good he may be.

If sheff utd are re-instated does that make jags' move to us illegal?

Can I ask something- what is the point in this new thread on Carlos Tevez?! I started a thread on this subject a few days ago and it would have been more constructive to add to that than to start a new one. We want a full and varied debate on a subject but if new threads are popping up all the time on the same subject it dilutes what we are doing.
