Carry on down Queens Drive to the Rice Lane flyover go right at the roundabout and park on any of the side streets. 15 mins walk and you'll miss most of the congestion.

Slightly off topic bit not worth a new thread, anyone know as you head up from town past the uni along Byron Street towards Scotland Road, is that area still really slow with all them roadworks or is it finished now?
