Hi My 2001 vauxhall astra key spare key fob circuit board is broken, is timpsons able to do it or a n nother other than the main dealer who will charge me a fortune ?
Tried sawdust tried everything soldering wise the boards done for.....

I ordered some keys for my front door on the Internet and they were a fraction of the price compared to doing it locally.

Past the MOT twice in 2 years without any work needing doing - it in better nick then you date Frank no rust, and runs like a top lol

How on earth do you buy keys for your front door on the internet ?

You can get a new blank board on ebay for £10 with the fob - just need copy coding now some said Timpson keys do it cheaper than the dealership....

I'm stood next to a Timspons here mate.

Place the key in a bag of rice, put it all in the airing cupboard overnight.
