Cant make the match because of Covid...

Wonder if anyone can help. I've got two tickets for the Burnely game (purchased via general sale) but I've recently tested positive for Covid so cant make it.

I've scanned the ticket email and the club website but there doesn't seem anything to let me claim my money back. If that's the deal then fine just want to check I'm not missing something. I know there's the scheme for season ticket holders but that doesn't seem to extend to general match tickets.

That is bad luck but I suppose the vaccination is not 100% effective. Hope you don’t feel too rough

Sure you will shift them - think you have to use the club system now, but be worth a call to the box office if you're struggling.
