Rodwell is a great future prospect, he is not the mainstay of the team at the moment. He shouldn't be in there week in week out anyway. So yes we can do without him. Osman coming back gives us more midfield numbers. We could do with a CB back to release Heitinga to play DM though.

We need all the players we can get at the moment, so yes, he will be missed. Other than Arteta, he's the only player we have who is capable of distributing the ball in deep positions.

Osman is a completely different player. It's good to see him back though.
