I was on to one earlier to complain that an item I had ordered had not arrived. Nice woman explained it was because I lived outside the UK. When I explained Northern Ireland was part of the UK she then said Irish customs had held it. I gave up. She was a supervisor.

I work in one at the moment. Mixture of being ace, dull, and utterly frustrating. Decent pay for a holiday job though.

Is right lad. The supervisor sits right across from my desk and the nosey woman listens to 90% of my phone calls and always likes to chip in with her 10 cents about how I could be working better. Koff
