do my head in. Mostly because if you have to contact them more than once you can never speak to the same person twice and have to start again at the beginning. Sky being a prime example. A frustrating experience is putting it mildly.

well yeah they have millions of customers, how would they acheive that?
 

Always wanted to work at one for a while to get a taste of what it's about. Not for longer than a couple of months like
 
Try BT call centre, or tmobile.

Usually frustrating. Worst experience was Arriva, the bus company.

The best was Three, the mobile network. Sorted out a big problem in five minutes.

I just think it's difficult for the people who work in them to care about your problem when they're so far away.
