Actually bread - at the time was quality, it was more or less a decent representation of who was who, in a family - albeit with a tounge in cheek slant. John Bishop is like... an overdose of ' dey bombed arrrr chipppy yer know '
 
John Bishop and that 'yer ma' episode in Southport was the only laugh he's ever given...everyone was laughing at him.
 

Any list that doesn't have Seinfeld and Chris Rock in the top 5 is ridiculous. They're both so different, but are complete masters of the craft.

Eddie Murphy was amazing in the day. and Richard Pryor is a legend.

My personal all time favorite is Mitch Hedberg though. He's just genius. Odd, random, genius. If you like Stephen Wright, his sense of humor is the same.
