This changes my opinion. Sounds all reasonable as well. What a cretin of what you say is true.

We only have about 70-80 years on this planet mate, spending my time on idiots like this guy just isnt worth the hassle, maybe a naive, aggressive, hot headed 16 year old me would of given him some rough justice on behalf of every innocent victim that has had the misfortune of crossing his path. Given my better half is about to finish her contract in work, looking for another job is going to be that little more difficult.

Interesting reading some of the comments on the Echo and the posts in here as it was my first thought hearing the lad talk . It did certainly seem like something had gone on before and his faux outrage seemed especially designed to milk the video reaction .

All that said the driver certainly hadn't helped himself with his reaction an has effectively played into the lads hands .

I'm not kidding when I say something similar happened on my bus today.
Bus driver didn't stop at a bus stop where apparently the guy had waved his arm etc.
Guy tore after the bus running through rush-hour traffic etc. Bus driver sees him and stops to let him on.
Man has go at bus driver calling him a c-unit and saying he'll make a complaint.
Bus driver has pulled out into traffic, gets to motorway offramp and stops.
Opens bus doors and tells man to get out, won't be having someone having a go at him like that.
Guy keeps complaining at bus driver so bus driver gets out of seat, picks man up by shirt collar and tells him I won't have anyone call me that and starts shouting at him.

Fantastic free entertainment like

"Sounds like the driver has been framed....a stitch up...cant be easy driving a bus all day...dealing with beauts....out of towners don't understand the way we relate to each other in Liverpool..."

@chicoazul ?

I was on a HGV course with some ex employees from Arriva few years ago, i was told a bus drivers day is stress from begging to end employees were leaving in their droves bus companies were so desperate to fill the jobs people with serious criminal records were getting employed no questions asked, in some towns even Poles and other European migrants who could hardly speak English were taking the jobs on
basically a good % of bus drivers are psychotic don't wind them up the job is hard enough
