I ate haggis hash last night, using neeps and tatties, unfortunately not in a Dutch stylee...

I put Drambuie in it for effect. Like a sted fuelled corned beef hash. None left.

Being a couple of Rob Roys we have haggis quite regularly in our house so Burns Night is nothing special. In fact we had a chicken curry yesterday.

It was, however, locally sourced........................................................from Iceland.

Worked for a big Scottish insurance company for ages, and we had a few epic ones. Love Haggis and the trimmings, but swerve the scotch personally.

Think its pretty neat to have a special do for a poet.

Or any excuse for the Scots to get bladdered.
