Burned because its quicker.
Buried, at least I could knock one out before I ran out of air, I reckon I'd struggle to get a stiffy if I was on fire.
Can I have a fourth option of choking to death on cheese while being on fire? It will be like cheese on toast in my mouth if I can put the smell of burning flesh and the pain to the back of my mind.

I watched something the other day about someone who was burned at the stake but they didn't do it right so they slowly roasted to death in agonising pain for about 45 mins.

Buried alive. Being an Everton fan I still have optimism in the face of terrible odds. Surviving being buried alive would be a lot better than surviving being burned alive I'm thinking.

Ok then, yeah defo buried alive. Like Bungle says, you could quickly knock one out plus surely being asphyxiated is quicker and less painful than being burnt.
Although admittedly it would be pretty funny to run around screaming like a madman whilst on fire. For a little bit.
As Evertonians, I'd say we're quite partial to being burned...
