Lads, I'm roasting parsnips as often as Brendans son and his mates are roasting chavvy meff girls without their consent.

Without doubt the king of the VEG these days. Lash it with roast Spuds, Carrot and Turnip, bit of cauliflower cheese and meat of your choice in a massive Yorkshire pudding and you're the king of Sundays. It can't be beaten!

BTW, thin gravy is for communists.
Mrs d'indica does parsnips with maple syrup and a bit of cinnamon on a Sunday roast, magic they are!

Oh and fish finger buttys is my suggestion, and chip buttys. And beans on toast.
