Although the question is moot as I have most probably never heard of her anyway and even if I have it will have been in connection with some “celebrity” sommat or other as I know of precisely no lady bike racers

Come to think of it, outside of Bradley Wiggins, Tommy Smith and the other fellow whom has done well in recent years, Chris Frome is it, I have never heard of many male Bike racers either

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I always thought in western justice the obligation was on the accuser to prove guilt, not the accused to prove innocence.

I don't believe they've been convicted of anything, after the key witness didn't testify, many viscous conglomerates avoid prosecution through fear tactics, I feel sorry for the doctor, I also see the doctors testimony is another point you refuse to address directly, much Like David Miller's opinion, instead moving the argument to become indignant at the accusations

Jason Kenny turned out for a NW cyclocross race the other week in Bolton - finished towards the back as (I guess) it's not really his thing, but cool to see him out supporting a local event, photographs with the kids etc. I was racing V40 so a separate race to the seniors so didn't get to race with him, would have been good to see if he laid down the watts on any of the straights [it was quite a non-technical course].

Lawton has been the chief poop stirrer in a lot of this, and even he's reluctant to actually put his name to much. In essence, he's accusing Wiggins of a technicality regarding the precise definition of In and Out of Competition - a definition incidentally that has since been changed. In other words, what Wiggins is accused of doing wouldn't be illegal (or even controversial) today. Mountain. Molehill.

As an aside, Lawton is on record as saying the best stories of his career are gutter press stuff about Lizzie Armistead and Malky Mackay. Woodward and Bernstein he's not.
