Anyone on here ever been there, and can you recommend it? Thinking of taking a short break there next March. Will be another footy trip, as Bristol Rovers play home against Dag & Red and Bristol City on Saturday the 5th will be at home against Pompey on the following Tuesday. Hopefully some other matches in the area we can catch.

But is there anything to do if not, and how about nightlife?

I've been there twice. Both to watch the Blues in the F.A Cup. Two great games for Different reasons.

All i can say about Bristol, from what i swa. It was a total Shithole..!!!
