Fear is a paralysis. I get the impression the Everton mantra is 'Don't lose the game', whatever happens 'Don't lose the game'. The whole system is set up with the fear of losing. This in turn causes a paralysis of any players freedom, flair and skill until they become like 'robots'; there seems to be no visualisation of winning, a positive attitude is needed where the players are visualising win, win, win and not 'don't lose this game' which is very negative. Let's bring on the dancing girls and dance our way to a brighter future.
