Need:
1x Breville Sandwich Toaster
Butter
2x Slices of Bread
Cheese

Method:
Turn on Breville Sandwich Toaster
Butter Bread
Place one slice of buttered bread butter-side-down on toaster
Put Cheese on bread's non-butter side
Place other piece of bread butter side up on top of cheese
Close Breville Sandwich Toaster
Wait until cheese pops out the side and starts to go crispy
Turn off Breville Sandwich Toaster
Open Breville Sandwich Toaster
Remove Sandwich
WAIT (important to not have lips/tongue burned off)
Enjoy

I want 1 of the sandwich press ones with changeable hot plates.

Make a wrap with your fav fillings, get the folds right so it's sealed at the ends and then whack it in the Panini press & boomthe outer hardens up like a shell but stays fresh inside.
Great for making chilli ones (diy chimichanga) or even with a cit of your fav curry inside a chapati.
There was an Egyptian Kebab place in NZ (Spreydon Mall if your in Christchurch) that used to make your kebab in a big wrap and do this and they were superb & far easier to eat.
