Tan is a loon. But looking at it from afar, Mackay spent a lot of money on players who have provided very little impact. Mackay leaking the email a few weeks ago is incredibly distasteful and isn't talked about near enough due to the fact that Tan is a complete space cadet.

Looks like it's nailed on, they were in talks with two managers but nothing was final on Friday. Things have obviously progressed since then

I have to admit I was surprised when I saw he was at Emirates with Tan. I wonder who at Cardiff thought of Solskjær, definitely an interesting choice.
He does have what it takes to win titles, as he has shown by winning the league and defending the title in his first two years, then finishing 4th, but winning the cup in his third year at Molde.

The question though, is whether he is able to function as a manager, meaning being in charge of buying/selling players and such.
