But like I've said....isnt Jo injured? So leaving without permission while against the rules doesnt really mean [Poor language removed] if he's not able to play.

Its like banning Arteta because he's in Spain at the moment instead of in Liverpool getting treatment.

But its convenient excuse if we want to send him back early, which was heavily rumoured before this fracas (love that word - fecking fracas!)

Send him back! Apparently we can't because of his loan agreement - he's here all season, doesn't mean he'll ever play for us again though

As most papers are quoting, loan contracts cannot be terminated mid term - but if it's a disciplinary, breach of contract issue I am sure there will be a possibility of him going back.
