Sriracha

Absolutely. Corned beef hash is a must. Huevos are delicious and you need the tortillas to wrap it all up and eat it down.

Sriracha is a thai red chili sauce - not actually hot but has a bit of a kick.

Can you please explain the term 'over easy' . I have heard it many a time but am still unclear as to it's meaning.
