Coffee fairly strong with no sugar. Like a proper man.

Sometimes orange juice if I'm after something cold.

Only really drink milky tea with about 3 or 3 and a half sugars. sometimes squash.

If I'm training I'll have a smoothie. If I'm at the birds house I'll have some of her Czech coffee.
