Yorkie

Player Valuation: £35m
Was at the Bradford Sunderland game. They got a deserved win. One chant that stuck with me and carried more volume was "are you watching, BBC?" Too right. They've put 13 goals past higher league teams in the last three rounds but no TV (less money). The BBC market the cup as the giant slaying contest... Thoughts?

To be fair I'm the same as ijjy. Every time I see the FA Cup I just think FFFFFFFSSS.

As for Bradford, Lineker spouted something about having to pick the TV games before the replays. Dunno.

it's not new though is it, I understand fans of lower division who resent the so called big clubs, it's obscene the wage bill of premiership clubs imo ,a weeks wages from any of them would go a long way to keeping any club from div one and below in business for a season.
the transfer fees are just crazy at this stage,I do wonder how many clubs will cease to exist in lets say 20 years.Posted before about the demise of Hereford United, one million quid or Mr Rooney's wages for one month would have kept them alive. Lids , we'll rue the day the fa,sky, bbc etc chose to ignore the grass roots of our national sport, a disgrace which sadly is totally ignored.

do wonder though, why the government doesn't step in and help these clubs, they claim to spend millions trying to promote sport in the community , spend millions trying to bring world cups to the country, finance the olympic games, but allow local clubs which unite communities, fade away.

yeah, and Bradford should be getting shed loads simply for knocking out Chelski !

Surely they will be live in the QF's. In fairness the BBC have been trying to find a giant killing by showing (more vulnerable that usual) united games against lower league.

Very weird to show Villa v Leicester though, I mean, who on earth wants to watch that?!
