Butterbean springs to mind although there are many, many examples of fighters being put up as punchbags for "rising stars" but anyone who steps in to the squared circle has my upmost respect as it bloody well hurts

Pretty interesting, but sounds like low level 'professional' boxing is about as organised as pub football!
