I've spent a fair bit of time in connie square the past few years so as you can imagine, I've seen a few belters, usually women too.

But, I'd have to say mine is Nigel Benn Vs Gerald Mclellan.

Tragic how it ended but what Benn came back from in the early rounds of that was probably the gutsiest performance I've ever seen in a fight.

I also read Nigels book and his description of the fight and how it changed his life is inspirational, especially if you understand his background.

Others I'd have to go for are Ward vs Gatti and Hatton Vs Tzu.

What's yours?

Barrera vs morales all of them but especially the 2nd I think it was.

2 mexicans neither taking a backwards step.

Rocky Balboa vs. Ivan Drago.

Incredible that Rocky won really when you look at the training regimes of each fighter.

*hums 'Hearts On Fire' to self.

Balboa's was probably ten times more scientific than what Chisora's been doing after listening to Don Cahrles on Box nation yesterday.

Hagler V Hearns 1985 - the most explosive 8 minutes of boxing I've ever seen

sit back and enjoy

I remember the Benn v Eubank fights being pretty explosive- that was a proper grudge match not this make believe fight between Derek and David.

Barrera v Morales was just non stop, awesome.

Herbie Hide v Riddick Bowe I think it was, they didnt like each other much either- weird fight If i remember right.
