1 - Its diversity from coast to coast, north to south there's loads of different landscapes and places very different from the rest. Even if they all have the same type of suburb/mall/downtown/ghetto areas per city.

2 - The people. I likes them. Some lids don't get them as they're a bit less conservative than the usual European but their hospitality and company are usually ace. An American couple I met years ago said to me "we make much better hosts than we do guests" and the more time I spend there the more I realise how this rings true. They have also brought us some sound Evertonians to this very board. I love the American lids who get it, flatters us.

3 - Porn.

4 - Tailgate parties. Go to your local American Football game in your truck with a couple of mates. Put loads of beer and meat in the back of your truck. Have a BBQ in the car park (parking lot) outside the stadium before kick off. Sound.

5 - TV and film. They do some really tremendous things for your TV.

The roads - Endless straight tracks through some of the worlds most stunning scenery

Will never forget the drives around Monument Valley, Area 51 and Highway 1

Some of the older music.

Some of the people - I live with an absolute douchebag of a person, and he's American. Doesn't make me hate America, but it just shows that not all people anywhere are all boss really.

TV shows.

I loves them!

Things I like about them:-

- Micro Breweries (Don't believe the hype about crap American Beer - There is a helluva lot of good beer out there)

- Food (Oh my word......Frozen Custard/Deep fried Ravs/)

- I get what Chico said about US hospitality - they excel in this field...They make great hosts.

- Sport - everyone in the US is mad about sport

- Music ...so much diversity
