I got inspiration from another thread. Nice 1 la.

What films have you watched and they've had an extremely boss soundtrack to match? The songs that play in the film have you searching for that OST:

Scarface

First of all, the intro. Giorgio Moroder composed one of the best movie soundtracks in history.
The intro where they are coming to America on the boat lifts me for the film.

My next song I love for this film is "Push It To The Limit"
Were Tony is now starting to make a name for himself as a drug lord, the kingpin. Excellent song that many of times (before we had YouTube) I would fast forward to that scene just to listen to this song. Excellent stuff Mr Moroder.

I won't talk too much about the Scarface soundtrack as its all ace. It truly is one of the best there is.

Goodfellas

This soundtrack to this great film is simply wonderful. It has that 60's vibe which compliments the film brilliantly. Songs like "And then he kissed me" and "Remember, Walking in the sand" they are two great songs from a great film, amongst others. Another great movie soundtrack and one of the best films I've ever seen.

American Gangster

Denzel Washington played my boyhood hero Frank Lucas like a dream. Mr. Lucas was extremely proud of the work Denzel put into this and the soundtrack is class too.

The introduction is awesome, a beautiful piece of music. Just after Frank and Bumpy Johnson set that man on fire and the intro music kicks in, it inspired me and gave me confidence.
"Across 110 street" one of my favourite songs from the film, listen to it, you'll know why.
The soundtrack has lovely input from soul singers like Curtis Mayfield who put that 1970's vibe on the movie. Best film of all time.

Other films I think have great soundtracks

Rocky III and IV
The Hangover
Home Alone (Mr Hughes take a bow)
Training Day
Adulthood
Ill Manors (watch the movie as well, the soundtrack tells the story in order, Plan B is a genius)

There's more, but I can't think of right now, on mobile mode and have no access to my iTunes.

Home Alone is probably one of the best of all time, actually.

YouTube vids to follow.....

'There's Only One Jimmy Grimble' has got the best soundtrack ever.

The Charlatans, The Stone Roses, Echo & The Bunnymen, Comtempo (Hard-Fi), Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Ian McCulloch, EMF, The Happy Mondays, Fatboy Slim and The Chemical Brothers all on there.

stunning film visually too, a young miss arquette certainly is a bonus, but a particular night scene with a dolphin is mindblowing

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (especially the Ecstacy of Gold) and Requiem for a Dream (Lux Aeterna) are probably my favourites.
